Strange, this sound is a higher pitch im my left and lower in my right.

Sorry to hear that! Never did my doctor tell me that one of the risk is more tinnitus damage! She said it may not work, that’s different than it might make it worse! Don’t tell me I used the machine wrong, there should not be the risk of it being too loud, it come with the volume set. I am on a mission to warn the world about the risk of this horrible divisive!

Hi i have had tinnitus for 2 weeks. First 10 days I was a complete disaster but after finding your page i have done a big turn around in the way im coping and handling it. I’ve watched several of your videos and they were all helpful. Thank you so much. I have a few questions as I am new to this. Would you say it’s more helpful to listen to sounds that mask your tinnitus, or sounds that you can still hear it, but very much relax you? Is it okay to switch up the sounds often? And when you are having a good day with tinnitus is it still important to do sound therapy?

An interesting conversation. Although the comments about having tinnitus or disease as a way for the Universe to teach us something sound rather bone-headed. To each their own, of course. But my tinnitus and my hernia never "taught" me anything.....Maybe that time I had a wart the Universe was actually trying to speak to me.....Eureka!!!!!

Have you ever heard about the Hum? What about when you suffer from tinnitus and The Hum?? Can se heal ?? How ? It's been over 4 years and I'm exhausted...

Exercise make a HUGE difference. Especially compound exercises, squats, pull ups, chin ups, shoulder lifts etc. For me, it seems to not work immediately after but a few days later it’s a huge difference. When the body gets used to the exercise it’s gonna cause all the muscle tension to relax and loosen. So do exercise three days a week.

Suffered for 35 years. I always keep hearing protection in my pocket and several packs in my car. If I find myself without, I stuff napkins and that actually works great. I’ve heard lately that it comes from a vitamin d/ calcium deficiency. I tested at a blood lab and I am deficient in D.

YES ! Tinnitus is managed . The best video I have ever watched about Tinnitus. I use sound therapy at night to help me sleep. My 4 thousand dollar hearing aides have built in sound maskers that work great. I have no problem with Tinnitus when I am outside but inside , I use sound therapy/ maskers. My best friend is my audiologist and my new hobby is learning about sound maskers and stripping the audio off UA-cam videos and down loading them on to a SD card.

I went to the VA and got nice hearing aids. They increase ambient noise and my tinnitus is hardly noticeable. But at night, when I take them out, ambient noise is trimmed back (because my hearing aids are out and in the charging pack) and the ringing intensifies. I really get used to not hearing the loud volume of ringing when the hearing aids are in. It’s really nice. But when they come out at night, the ringing is much more noticeable.

The first sound is what i usually hear sometimes once of twice in every 2-3 months, but i guys that's normal

i have lived with this for 17 years in my left ear. 90% hearing loss. its horrible!

Everything apart from the buzzing. It’s got louder as I’ve got older. Now I struggle to here background noise and have to really focus on people when they are talking to me. If it is silent to everyone else then I am starting to go mad listening to the sounds that follow me. I’ve had this all my life but only knew it was abnormal about 30 years ago.

Mine is different pitch in each ear. It is like im constantly spinning around and always dizzy. Going on 45 years now.

My Left ear can hear the sound of crickets but my right ear cannot hear the sound of crickets...

Some nights i feel like jumping out of my balcony because of my very loud Tinnitus, the high pitch is unbearable at times and it never stops. I hope fir a cure one day.

mine sounds like two of them. The ringing comes every now and then randomly for a few seconds and then goes away however, since a few nights ago, my right ear has been hearing crickets constantly nonstop. it's not as fast as the cricket sound in the video tough, to me it sounds like a quiet summer night in the city with the crickets chirping. it is very annoying though
